I was part of a team tasked with re-imagining Ted Baker’s e-commerce platform to simplify the user journey and increase product visibility.
We streamlined the shopping experience through intelligent product grouping and an exposed tag navigation system, allowing users to find products faster. We enhanced product visibility by introducing full-look shopping, editorialising collections, and optimising image cropping—especially for mobile. Alongside the improved UX, we designed a modern UI that aligned with the expectations of a new generation of shoppers.
Though completed in 2022, this work was never made live due to Ted Baker’s sale and subsequent liquidation in 2024.
