I worked with AVA to breathe new life into their existing website, establishing a new UI that better aligned with their brand, as well as creating a content-first component set that offered greater flexibility.
After assessing missing functionality and content limitations, I set about overhauling and expanding the component set, building in new functionality that will allow them to efficiently market all aspects of their festival offerings.
The navigation was overhauled with an emphasis on making content easy to find and visible, introducing a mega navigation alongside a secondary, festival-specific mini navigation, ensuring users can easily get to relevant content within a few clicks.
The UI was updated to better reflect their current brand, with a new design system put in place to ensure consistency, brought to life through considered, yet subtle micro-interactions.
